Frozen/Iced Hot Chocolate Recipes

Small       8oz Serving:    2/3 tablets / 175ml milk*

Medium 12oz Serving:  3/4 tablets / 225ml milk*

Large       16oz Serving:  4/5 tablets / 275ml milk*

TO PREPARE IN MILK JUG

1.     Melt the tablets with boiling water

2.     Add half the amount of cold milk for the serving, steam together

3.     Top up with cold milk and whisk

4.     Pour over a glass of ice

TO PREPARE IN THE GLASS

1.     Cover the tablets with 25ml boiling water

2.     Mix into smooth paste

3.     Heat half the milk, add/whisk in stages

4.     Add to fill ice cubes into glass

5.     Top up with rest of the cold milk

TO PREPARE IN THE BLENDER – “FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE”

1.     Prepare concentrated hot chocolate using only half of the milk

2.     Pour into a blender and add half a glass of ice

3.     Blend till smooth and pour into a chilled glass

GARNISHES

Whipped cream. Grate some chocolate on top.

 

MOCHA

For Iced Mochas add an espresso shot (or 2) to finish.
